Welcome!

Update News is a broadcast television news production that operates as a class in the School of Journalism & Mass Communications at San Jose State University. Students plan and produce a weekly half hour newscast under the guidance of professors with broadcast journalism experience.

The newscasts air on KICU, Channel 36 in the San Francisco Bay Area Sundays at 1 a.m.
